Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using babytraveluk.co.uk or any associated services operated by BabyTravel UK. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BabyTravel UK website at babytraveluk.co.uk and our social media scheduling platform at postiz.babytraveluk.co.uk (together, "our services"). By accessing or using any part of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

BabyTravel UK operates two main services:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use the social media scheduling platform, you may be required to connect third-party social media accounts via OAuth (Open Authorisation). By connecting a third-party account, you grant us permission to interact with that platform on your behalf as described below.

TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account, you authorise BabyTravel UK to:

You can revoke our access to your TikTok account at any time by visiting your TikTok account settings and removing the BabyTravel UK app from your connected applications. Revoking access will prevent future content from being published through our platform but will not affect content already published.

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure. You must not share your login details or allow others to use your account without authorisation.

4. User Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, schedule, or publish through our services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

We do not review User Content before it is published. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our scheduling platform if we become aware that User Content violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on babytraveluk.co.uk — including text, images, guides, reviews, and digital products — is the property of BabyTravel UK unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without prior written permission.

Digital products purchased through our shop are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our digital products with others.

You retain ownership of all User Content you create and publish through our scheduling platform. By using our platform to publish content, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit that content solely for the purpose of delivering the scheduling service.

6. Third-Party Services and APIs

Our scheduling platform integrates with third-party services including TikTok. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services. We encourage you to read:

We handle any data obtained through TikTok's API in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policy. We do not sell or share data obtained via third-party APIs with unaffiliated parties, except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms. Changes to a third-party platform's API or policies may affect the functionality of our scheduling tool, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service as a result.

7. Digital Products

Digital products sold through our shop are delivered as instant downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, unless the product is materially defective or not as described. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Our digital products are for informational and organisational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or professional guidance of any kind. You are responsible for verifying that any information is appropriate and current for your specific circumstances.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

In relation to the social media scheduling platform specifically, we collect and store the access tokens needed to publish content on your behalf. These tokens are stored securely and used only to fulfil the scheduling service. We do not access your connected accounts for any purpose beyond what is described in these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our content website and all information published on it is provided for general informational purposes only. Travel advice, product specifications, and airline policies change frequently. You should always verify current information directly with the relevant airline, manufacturer, or official authority before travelling.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BabyTravel UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, including any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. If you have a connected social media account, you should revoke our access via the relevant platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage App Authorisations).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our scheduling platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.

On termination, any scheduled but unpublished content in your account will not be published. We may retain records of your usage for as long as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or platform integrations. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of our services after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
